Зареєстровано кримінальне провадження за фактом ДТП, в якій загинув народний депутат України Ярослав Рущишин
За процесуального керівництва Офісу Генерального прокурора Державне бюро розслідувань розпочало досудове розслідування за фактом смертельної ДТП, яка сталася ввечері 24 липня 2025 року на автодорозі Н-09 «Мукачево – Львів» поблизу села Бабухів Рогатинської територіальної громади Івано-Франківської області.
Внаслідок дорожньо-транспортної пригоди народний депутат отримав тяжкі тілесні ушкодження та згодом помер у кареті швидкої допомоги.
До ЄРДР внесено відомості за ознаками ч. 2 ст. 286 КК України (порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху, що спричинило смерть потерпілого).
Наразі тривають першочергові слідчі дії, встановлюються всі обставини трагічної події.

Criminal proceedings have been registered into the fact of a traffic accident in which People's Deputy of Ukraine Yaroslav Rushchyshyn died
Under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office, the State Bureau of Investigation has launched a pre-trial investigation into the fatal traffic accident that occurred on the evening of July 24, 2025 on the N-09 Mukachevo - Lviv highway near the village of Babukhiv, Rohatyn territorial community, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
As a result of a traffic accident, the MP received serious injuries and later died in the ambulance.
Information was entered into the Unified Pre-Trial Investigation Register(URDR) based on Part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of road safety rules, which caused the death of the victim).
Currently, initial investigative actions are underway to establish all the circumstances of the tragic event.
