Віддав наказ на знищення селища Тетерівське під час окупації Київщини – заочно повідомлено про підозру генерал-полковнику зс рф
За процесуального керівництва Офісу Генерального прокурора заочно повідомлено про підозру генерал-полковнику зс рф, який у березні 2022 року обіймав посаду командувача Східного військового округу, у порушенні законів та звичаїв війни (ч. 2 ст. 438 КК України).
За даними слідства, підозрюваний під час проведення службової наради керівників військових підрозділів та з’єднань зс рф, які здійснювали наступ на території Київської області, віддав явно злочинний наказ на застосування бойової авіації та артилерії по селищу Тетерівське Вишгородського району Київської області, який не є військовою ціллю та у якому не здійснювали оборонні заходи ЗСУ при захисті Київської області.
На виконання явно злочинного наказу його підлеглі військовослужбовці угрупування військ зс рф «СХІД» нанесли авіаційні ракетно-бомбові та артилерійські удари по вказаному населеному пункту. Внаслідок цього було зруйновано та пошкоджено 74 житлові будинки в селищі, а також загинули дві цивільні особи з числа мешканців селища.
Досудове розслідування здійснюють слідчі ГУ СБУ у м. Києві та Київській області за оперативного супроводу УЗНД ГУ СБ України у м. Києві та Київській області.

Gave order to destroy the Teterivske village diring the occupation of the Kyiv region – the Colonel-General of the armed forces of the russian federation was notified in absentia of suspicion
Under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office, a Colonel-General of the armed forces of the russian federation, who in March 2022 held the position of Commander of the Eastern Military District, was notified in absentia of suspicion of violating the laws and customs of war (paragraph 2 of Art 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, during a meeting of the heads of military units and formations of the russian armed forces, which were carrying out an offensive in the territory of the Kyiv region, the suspect gave a clearly criminal order to use combat aviation and artillery on the Teterivske village, Vyshhorod district, Kyiv region, which was not a military target and in which the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not carry out defensive measures during the defense of the Kyiv region.
In execution of a clearly criminal order, his subordinates, servicemen of the group of troops of the russian armed forces "EAST", carried out air missile and bomb attacks and artillery strikes on the mentioned settlement. As a result, 74 residential buildings in the village were destroyed and damaged, and two civilians from among the residents of the village were killed.
The pre-trial investigation is carried out by investigators of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in Kyiv and Kyiv region with operational support of the the Main Directorate of Counterintelligence Protection of State Interests in the Sphere of Economic Security of the Security Service of Ukraine in Kyiv and Kyiv region.
