Унаслідок масштабної схеми вирубки лісів в Українських Карпатах довкіллю завдано збитків на 55,8 млн гривень. Посадовцю філії ДП «Ліси України» повідомлено про підозру
За матеріалами слідства, у період 2023-2024 років на території Лазещинського лісництва, яке є філією «Ясінянське лісомисливське господарство» ДП «Ліси України» незаконно вирубано майже 3400 дерев різних порід. Загальна сума завданих довкіллю збитків становить майже 55,8 мільйонів гривень, що підтверджено висновком експертизи.
Встановлено, що до цього призвела службова недбалість посадовця Лазещинського лісництва. Його дії кваліфіковано як службова недбалість, що спричинила тяжкі наслідки (ч. 2 ст. 367 КК України). Наразі прокурори Спеціалізованої екологічної прокуратури Закарпатської обласної прокуратури направила до суду клопотання про обрання йому запобіжного заходу.
Викриття протиправної діяльності здійснювалося Управлінням стратегічних розслідувань в Закарпатській області ДСР НПУ спільно із слідчими територіального управління ДБР.
Нагадаємо, що в жовтні 2024 року, правоохоронці викрили організовану групу, яка здійснювала масштабні незаконні вирубки лісу в одному з урочищ на території Ясінянської громади Рахівського району. Деревину доставляли до пилорам і готували до продажу по Україні. Крім того, збували на місці за готівку, не маючи жодних підтверджуючих документів про її походження. Обвинувальний акт стосовно учасників організованої групи, перебуває розгляді в Рахівському районному суді.

Large-scale deforestation scheme in the Ukrainian Carpathians caused environmental damage of UAH 55.8 million. Official of the branch of the SFE "Forests of Ukraine" was notified of the suspicion
According to the investigation, in the period 2023-2024, almost 3,400 trees of various species were illegally cut down on the territory of the Lazeshchyna Forestry, which is a branch of the Yasinyansk Forestry and Hunting Enterprise of the SFE “Forests of Ukraine”. The total amount of damage caused to the environment is almost UAH 55.8 million, which is confirmed by the expert conclusion.
It was established that this was caused by the official negligence of the Lazeshchyna Forestry Department official. His actions were qualified as official negligence, which caused grave consequences (Part 2 of Art 367 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Currently, prosecutors of the Specialized Environmental Prosecutor's Office of the Transcarpathian Regional Prosecutor's Office have filed a motion with the court to impose a preventive measure for him.
The exposure of illegal activities was carried out by the Department for Strategic Investigations in the Transcarpathian region of the Strategic Invesigations Department of the National Police of Ukraine along with investigators of the territorial department of the State Bureau of Investigation.
It is reminded that in October 2024, law enforcement officers exposed an organized group that carried out large-scale illegal deforestation in one of the tracts on the territory of the Yasinyansk community of the Rakhiv district. The wood was delivered to sawmills and prepared for sale across Ukraine. In addition, it was sold on the spot for cash, without any supporting documents about its origin. The indictment against the members of the organized group is under consideration in the Rakhiv district court.
