Судитимуть колишнього начальника податкової служби в Тернопільській області за недостовірні відомості в декларації на понад 23,4 млн грн
Прокурори Тернопільської обласної прокуратури скерували до суду обвинувальний акт стосовно колишнього начальника Головного управління Державної податкової служби в Тернопільській області, який вніс недостовірні відомості до щорічних декларацій за 2022 та 2023 роки, як особи, уповноваженої на виконання функцій держави або місцевого самоврядування (ч. 2 ст. 366-2 КК України). Недостовірні відомості становлять понад 23,4 млн гривень.
За результатами перевірки НАЗК, у декларації колишнього посадовця за 2022 рік виявили недостовірні відомості на понад 13,7 млн грн, а в декларації за 2023 рік — на понад 9,7 млн грн.
Обвинувачений не вказав інформацію про два житлові будинки неподалік Тернополя площею 290,6 кв м та 64,6 кв м, власницею яких є його мати, але в яких він із родиною фактично проживав, та земельні ділянки, на яких розташовані ці об’єкти.
Досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні здійснювали слідчі ТУ ДБР, розташованого у м. Львові.

Former head of the tax service in Ternopil region will be tried for false information in the declaration for over UAH 23.4 million
Prosecutors of the Ternopil Regional Prosecutor's Office sent to the court an indictment against the former head of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in the Ternopil region, who entered inaccurate information into the annual declarations for 2022 and 2023, as a person who authorized to perform state or local government functions (paragraph 2, Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The inaccurate information amounts to over UAH 23.4 million.
According to the results of the National Agency for Corruption Prevention inspection, inaccurate information of over UAH 13.7 million was found in the declaration of the former official for 2022, and in the declaration for 2023 - over UAH 9.7 million.
The accused did not provide information about two residential buildings near Ternopil with an area of 290.6 sq m and 64.6 sq m, owned by his mother, but in which he and his family actually lived, and the land plots on which these objects are located.
The pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings was carried out by investigators of the State Bureau of Investigation, located in Lviv.
