Суд заарештував керівника підрозділу НАБУ, підозрюваного у пособництві державі-агресору
За клопотанням прокурорів Київської міської прокуратури Печерський районний суд м. Києва обрав запобіжний захід у вигляді тримання під вартою керівнику підрозділу НАБУ з дислокацією в м. Дніпро, якого підозрюють у пособництві державі-агресору (ч. 1 ст. 111-2 КК України).
Запобіжний захід визначено без альтернативи внесення застави. Термін тримання під вартою — до 16 вересня 2025 року.
Нагадаємо, за даними слідства, підозрюваний координуючи діяльність НАБУ в прифронтових областях, підтримував контакти з представниками економічного сектору рф. Він сприяв незаконному експорту технічної коноплі до республіки Дагестан, виступаючи посередником між російськими покупцями та своїм батьком-підприємцем, який організував нелегальне вирощування цієї продукції.
Таким чином підозрюваний забезпечував функціонування схеми незаконної торгівлі з державою-агресором, фактично допомагаючи у веденні господарської діяльності в інтересах рф.
Також слідством задокументовано зв’язки підозрюваного з колишнім народним депутатом Федором Христенком, який наразі переховується за кордоном, співпрацює із ворожими спецслужбами і має вплив на окремих посадовців НАБУ.
Досудове розслідування здійснюється слідчими ГУ СБУ у м. Києві та Київській області.

The court has arrested the head of a NABU unit suspected of aiding an aggressor state
At the request of prosecutors of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for the head of the NABU unit located in the city of Dnipro, who is suspected of aiding an aggressor state (part 1, Art 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The preventive measure was set without bail. The term of detention is until September 16, 2025.
It is reminded, according to the investigation, the suspect, coordinating the activities of NABU in the frontline regions, maintained contacts with representatives of the russian economic sector. He facilitated the illegal export of industrial hemp to the Republic of Dagestan, acting as an intermediary between russian buyers and his father entrepreneur, who organized the illegal cultivation of this product.
Thus, the suspect ensured the functioning of the illegal trade scheme with the aggressor state, actually assisting in conducting economic activities in the interests of the russian federation.
The investigation also documented the suspect's ties with former MP Fedor Khrystenko, who is currently hiding abroad, cooperating with enemy intelligence services, and has influence over certain NABU officials.
The pre-trial investigation is carried out by investigators of the Main Directorate of the Security Service in Kyiv and Kyiv region.
