Справу священнослужителя з Волноваського району, який співпрацював з фсб рф, скеровано до суду
Обвинувачений – настоятель храму УПЦ у Волноваському районі встановив контакт з представником спецслужби країни-агресора. Він спілкувався через Telegram із співробітником фсб рф та добровільно погодився на співпрацю й проведення підривної діяльності проти України.
Зокрема, священник надсилав російському куратору текстові повідомлення про дислокацію українських військовослужбовців, а також фортифікаційних споруд, що зводились для стримування ворога на підступах до важливих стратегічних рубежів. Також розсекречував місця ремонту військової техніки ЗСУ та звітував про бойову роботу самохідної артилерійської установки. При цьому усвідомлював, що зс рф можуть нанести по населених пунктах вогневі удари.
Для розгляду по суті прокурори Донецької обласної прокуратури скерували справу за фактом державної зради до суду.
Обвинувачений перебуває під вартою без права внесення застави. За державну зраду в умовах воєнного стану йому загрожує позбавлення волі на строк п’ятнадцять років або довічне позбавлення волі, з конфіскацією майна.
Оперативний супровід у кримінальному провадженні за ч. 2 ст. 111 КК України здійснювали співробітники ГУ СБУ в Донецькій та Луганській областях.

The case of a priest from Volnovakha district who collaborated with the russian federation security service has been sent to trial
The accused, the priest of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in the Volnovakha district, established contact with a representative of the aggressor country's special services. He communicated via Telegram with an employee of the russian federation security services and voluntarily agreed to cooperate and carry out subversive activities against Ukraine.
In particular, the priest sent the russian curator text messages about the deployment of Ukrainian military personnel, as well as fortifications being built to deter the enemy on the approaches to important strategic lines. He also declassified the repair sites of military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and reported on the combat work of a self-propelled artillery installation. At the same time, he was aware that the russian armed forces could launch fire strikes on settlements.
For consideration on the merits of the case, prosecutors from the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office referred the treason case to court.
The accused is being held without bail. For treason under martial law, he faces imprisonment for a term of fifteen years or life imprisonment, with confiscation of property.
Operational support in criminal proceedings under paragraph 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was carried out by the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
