Spacebring is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager
What you’ll do:
▪️ plan and optimize paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta to fill the sales pipeline;
▪️ run experiments, track metrics in GA, Mixpanel, HubSpot, and double down on winning tactics;
▪️ build nurture flows that boost activation and retention;
▪️ spot funnel bottlenecks, propose fixes, and launch quick experiments;
▪️ drive qualified leads and brand awareness through integration partners, referral programs, and customer advocacy.
Requirements:
— 3-5 years in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing, ideally in a startup or a product;
— hands-on mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA/GTM, and HubSpot;
— strong English and crisp communication with designers, writers, and devs.
