Результати першого етапу спецоперації «Джентельмени»: 20 регіонів, 130 обшуків, 4 підпільні нарколабораторії, 14 підозр. Понад 4 мільйони потенційних доз наркотиків не потраплять на вулиці українських міст
За процесуального керівництва обласних та окружних прокуратур, у взаємодії з підрозділами кримінальної поліції та слідчими Головних управлінь Національної поліції в областях, проведено перший етап загальнодержавної спецоперації «Джентельмени». Її мета – виявлення та знешкодження злочинних груп, причетних до незаконного обігу канабісу на території України.
Упродовж 5-6 серпня 2025 року правоохоронці провели майже 130 обшуків у 20 регіонах країни, знищили понад 21 тисячу кущів нарковмісних рослин (коноплі та снотворний мак), ліквідували 4 підпільні нарколабораторії, а також вилучили 57 кг канабісу, 8 автомобілів, зброю, вибухівку та грошові кошти на суму 425 тис. грн.
За попередніми розрахунками, з вилученої сировини зловмисники могли виготовити близько 4,2 тонни готової наркотичної продукції, що становить приблизно 4,2 мільйона доз. За цінами нелегального обігу це понад 200 мільйонів гривень.
У межах спецоперації затримано 9 осіб у порядку ст. 208 КПК України. Повідомлено про підозру 14 особам за ч. 2, 3 ст. 307 та ч. 2 ст. 310 КК України (незаконне виробництво та збут наркотичних засобів, незаконний посів та вирощування нарковмісних рослин). Після завершення експертиз вирішуватиметься питання щодо повідомлення про підозру іншим фігурантам.

Results of the first stage of the special operation «Gentelmen»: 20 regions, 130 searches, 4 underground drug laboratories, 14 suspects. More than 4 million potential doses of drugs will not hit the streets of Ukrainian cities
Under the procedural supervision of Regional and District Prosecutor's Offices, in cooperation with criminal police units and investigators of the Main Departments of the National Police in the regions, the first stage of the nationwide special operation «Gentelmen» was carried out. Its purpose is to identify and neutralize criminal groups involved in the illegal circulation of cannabis on the territory of Ukraine.
During August 5-6, 2025, law enforcement officers conducted almost 130 searches in 20 regions of the country, destroyed more than 21,000 bushes of narcotic plants (hemp and sleeping poppies), liquidated 4 underground drug laboratories, and also seized 57 kg of cannabis, 8 cars, weapons, explosives and funds in the amount of UAH 425,000.
According to preliminary calculations, the perpetrators could produce about 4.2 tons of finished narcotic products from the raw materials seized, representing approximately 4.2 million doses. According to the prices of illegal circulation, this is more than UAH 200 million.
As part of the special operation, 9 people were detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. 14 persons were notified of suspicion under part 2, 3 of Art. 307 and part 2 of Art. 310 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal production and sale of narcotic drugs, illegal sowing and cultivation of narcotic plants). After the examinations are completed, the issue of notification of suspicion to other persons involved will be determined.
