About the company:
Softcery is a small, focused team building AI-driven B2B software solutions. We work closely with clients in the US and UK to launch AI voice agents and develop custom B2B platforms.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Lead in software teams.
- Proven track record in managing uncertaintyand making difficult prioritization or scoping decisions.
- Comfortable saying “no” to founders or clients when needed, and re-scoping projects under constraints.
- You take ownership and don’t delegate responsibility — you own outcomes, not just tasks.
- Ability to break product vision into actionable tasks, track priorities, and measure impact.
- Excellent communication skills — can clearly explain complex things to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
