Повідомлено про підозру гендиректору «Ростех» та одному із помічників керівництва держави–агресора
Прокурори Офісу Генерального прокурора повідомили про підозру генеральному директору російської державної корпорації «Ростех» та відомому російському підприємцю – президенту футбольного клубу ЦСКА (Москва) в посяганні на територіальну цілісність і недоторканність України, а також (ч. 5 ст. 27 ч. 3 ст. 110 КК України).
За даними слідства, у 2019 році підозрювані сприяли вищому політичному керівництву держави-агресора у встановленні контролю рф над територією та населенням окупованого Криму у сфері енергетики. Це робилось для забезпечення генерації електроенергії військових частин і підрозділів, які задіяні у збройній агресії проти України, шляхом будівництва та введення в експлуатацію Балаĸлавської (Севастопольская ПГУ-ТЭС) і Таврійської ТЕС (Симферопольская ПГУ-ТЭС).
Також підозрювані долучили підприємство «АО «КБАЛ ім. Л.Н. Кошкіна» до переліку організацій, які приєдналися до єдиного положення про закупівлі державної корпорації «Ростех», з метою організації виготовлення різних видів патронів, а також постачання технологій та обладнання для їх виробництва. Внаслідок цього з 2022 року по теперішній час до підрозділів збройних формувань рф постачаються бойові припаси.
Гендиректор «Ростех» прозвітував прем’єр-міністру рф про роботу державної корпорації за 2022 рік на офіційному каналі уряду рф у відеохостингу YouTube, під час якого, відповідно до висновку комісійної судової лінгвістичної експертизи, виправдовував збройну агресію рф проти України.
Йому також інкриміновано ч. 3 ст. 436-2 КК України.
Досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні здійснюється слідчими Головного слідчого управління Державного бюро розслідувань за оперативного супроводу ТУ ДБР у м. Києві.

Rostec CEO and one of the accomplices to the leadership of the aggressor state were notified of suspicion
Prosecutors of the Prosecutor General's Office notified of suspicions the Director General of the russian state corporation Rostec and a well-known russian businessman - the president of the PFC CSKA (moscow) - of encroaching on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, as well as (part 5 of Art 27, part 3 of Art 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, in 2019, the suspects assisted the top political leadership of the aggressor state in establishing russian control over the territory and population of occupied Crimea in the energy sector. This was done to ensure the generation of electricity for military units and subdivisions involved in the armed aggression against Ukraine, through the construction and putting into oeration of the Balaklava (Sevastopol Combined Heat and Power (CHP) and Tavria Thermal Power Plant (Simferopol Combined Heat and Power (CHP).
The suspects also included the “JSC “L.N. Koshkin Automatic Lines Design Bureau” in the list of organizations that joined the unified procurement regulations of the state corporation "Rostec", in order to organize the manufacturing of various types of cartridges, as well as the supply of technologies and equipment for their production. As a result, from 2022 up to the present, ammunition has been supplied to the units of the russian armed forces.
Rostec CEO reported to the prime minister of the russian federation on the activity of the state corporation for 2022 on the official channel of the russian government on the YouTube video hosting site, during which, according to the conclusion of the forensic linguistic examination, he justified the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine.
He is also charged with part 3 of Art 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is carried out by investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the State Bureau of Investigation with operational support from the Regional Department of the State Bureau of Investigation in Kyiv.
