Повідомлено про підозру двом керівникам районних адміністрацій міста Львова за розтрату 1,7 млн грн бюджетних коштів при ліквідації ракетного удару по місту
За процесуального керівництва Львівської обласної прокуратури повідомлено про підозру виконувачці обовʼязків керівника Франківської районної адміністрації та керівниці Галицької районної адміністрації Львова у зловживанні службовим становищем, що спричинило тяжкі наслідки (ч. 1, 2 ст. 364 КК України).
Під час досудового розслідування встановлено, що вказані посадові особи РА безпідставно погодили проектно-кошторисну документацію директорові комунального підприємства Львівської міської ради, яке виконувало аварійно-відновлювальні роботи житлових будинків на вулиці Стрийській після ракетного удару по Львову в липні 2023 року.
За даними слідства, підрядник штучно завищив вартість віконних блоків та інших будівельних матеріалів при проведенні ремонту дахів, несучих стін та встановлення нових вікон в постраждалих будинках.
В результаті таких дій, згідно з висновками експертиз, фігурант незаконно заволодів коштами з місцевого бюджету, виділених на ліквідацію наслідків ракетного удару на загальну суму понад 1,7 млн грн.
Директору комунального підприємства прокурори також повідомили про підозру у заволодінні чужим майном шляхом зловживання службовим становищем у великих розмірах (ч. 4 ст. 191 КК України).
Готуються клопотання про обрання підозрюваним запобіжного заходу.
За процесуального керівництва Львівської обласної прокуратури досудове розслідування у кримінальному проваджені здійснюють слідчі ГУНП у Львівській області, за оперативного супроводу – УСР у Львівській області ДСР Нацполіції України та УСБУ у Львівській області.

Two heads of district administrations of the city of Lviv notified of suspicion for embezzling UAH 1.7 million of budget funds during the liquidation of a missile strike on the city
The Lviv Regional Prosecutor's Office notified of suspicion the acting head of the Frankivsk District Administration and the head of the Halych District Administration of Lviv of abuse of office, which led to serious consequences (Parts 1, 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
During the pre-trial investigation, it was established that the above-mentioned officials of district administrations unreasonably approved the design and estimate documentation for the director of the municipal contracting company of the Lviv City Council, which was carrying out emergency restoration works on residential buildings on Stryyska Street after the missile strike on Lviv in July 2023.
According to the investigation, the contractor artificially inflated the cost of window blocks and other building materials when repairing roofs, load-bearing walls, and installing new windows in the affected houses.
As a result of such actions, according to the conclusions of the experts, the person involved illegally seized funds from the local budget allocated for the elimination of the consequences of the missile strike for a total amount of over UAH 1.7 million.
Prosecutors also notified the director of the municipal company of suspicion of misappropriation of someone else's property through abuse of official position on a large scale (Part 4 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Motions are being prepared for the suspects to be remanded in custody.
Under the procedural supervision of the Lviv Prosecutor's Office the investigation in criminal proceedings is carried out by investigators of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Lviv region, with operational support of the Strategic Investigations Department in the Lviv region of Strategic Investigations Department of National Police of Ukraine.
