Підсанкційному губернатору Воронезької області рф заочно повідомлено про підозру
Органи прокуратури України заочно повідомили про підозру губернатору Воронезької області рф у фінансуванні дій, вчинених з метою зміни меж території та державного кордону України в порушення порядку, встановленого Конституцією України (ч. 1 ст. 110-2 КК України).
За даними слідства, російський чиновник фінансово та матеріально забезпечував військовослужбовців зс рф, які ведуть бойові дії проти ЗСУ на території України. Зокрема, він організував передачу квадрокоптерів, портативних радіостанцій, генераторів, автомобілів, приладів нічного бачення, а також забезпечив виділення коштів з резервного фонду уряду Воронезької області рф для осіб, які беруть участь у бойових діях проти Сил оборони України.
З жовтня 2022 року цей посадовець перебуває під санкціями в Україні. У 2022–2023 роках його також включено до санкційних списків США, Канади, Великої Британії, Європейського Союзу, Швейцарії, Австралії, Нової Зеландії.
Досудове розслідування за процесуального керівництва Чернівецької обласної прокуратури здійснює Управління СБУ в області.

The sanctioned governor of the voronezh region of the russian federation was notified of the suspicion in absentia
The Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine notified in absentia of suspicion the governor of the voronezh region of the russian federation for financing actions committed with the aim of changing the borders of the territory and the state border of Ukraine in violation of the procedure established by the Constitution of Ukraine (part 1 of Art. 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, the russian official financially and materially provided for servicemen of the russian armed forces who are conducting combat operations against the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the territory of Ukraine. In particular, he organized the transfer of quadcopters, portable radio stations, generators, cars, night vision devices, and also ensured the allocation of funds from the reserve fund of the government of the voronezh region of the russian federation for persons participating in hostilities against the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
Since October 2022, this official has been under sanctions in Ukraine. In 2022–2023, it is also included in the sanctions lists of the USA, Canada, Great Britain, the European Union, Switzerland, Australia, and New Zealand.
The pre-trial investigation under the procedural supervision of the Chernivtsi regional prosecutor's office is carried out by the SSU Department in the region.
