Офіс Генерального прокурора спільно з СБУ затримали одного із керівників детективів НАБУ. Він підозрюється у пособництві рф
Офіс Генерального прокурора разом із Службою безпеки України викрили та затримали керівника одного з територіальних управлінь детективів Національного антикорупційного бюро Руслана Магамедрасулова. Високопосадовцю НАБУ готується повідомлення про підозру в пособництві державі-агресору за ст. 111-2 Кримінального кодексу України.
Зазначений керівник підрозділу НАБУ із дислокацієюв м. Дніпро координує діяльність Бюро в прифронтових областях України. При цьому, він підтримує контакти з країною-агресором та домовлявся із представниками сектору економіки рф про продаж технічної коноплі.
Зокрема, Руслан Магамедрасулов виступав в ролі посередника продажу до республіки Дагестан (рф) партій технічної коноплі, незаконне вирощування якої організував його батько-підприємець — Сентябр Магамедрасулов. Таким чином він допомагає своєму батькові вести незаконну торгівлю з рф та завдавати шкоди Україні.
Також під час розслідування встановлено, що високопосадовець Бюро мав тісний контакт із народним депутатом від забороненої партії ОПЗЖ Федором Христенком, який втік з країни і співпрацює зіспецслужбами рф та впливає на діяльність НАБУ.
Наразі перевіряється інформація, щодо контактів Руслана Магамедрасулова з російськими спецслужбамита передачі їм таємної інформації, в тому числі щодо розслідування справ.
Під час документування протиправної діяльності посадовця НАБУ, зʼясовано, що Руслан Магамедрасуловмав бути дислокований у м. Дніпро та відповідати за роботу в прифронтових регіонах. Натомість майже увесь час перебував у Києві та нещодавно кілька тижнів відпочивав на Канарських островах (острові Тенеріфе).
Досудове розслідування триває. Вживаються комплексні заходи для з’ясування усіх обставин злочину і притягнення винних до відповідальності.

The Prosecutor General's Office along with the Security Service of Ukraine, detained one of the heads of NABU detectives. He is suspected of aiding the russian federation
The Prosecutor General's Office along with the Security Service of Ukraine, exposed and detained the head of one of the territorial departments of detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, Ruslan Maghamedrasulov. Currently the notification of suspicion to the high-ranking NABU official is being prepared for aiding an aggressor state under Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The mentioned head of the NABU unit that located in Dnipro coordinates the Bureau's activities in the frontline regions of Ukraine. At the same time, he maintains contacts with the aggressor country and negotiated with representatives of the russian economic sector about the sale of industrial hemp.
In particular, Ruslan Maghamedrasulov acted as an intermediary in the sale to the Republic of Dagestan (russian federation) of batches of industrial hemp, the illegal cultivation of which was organized by his father, an entrepreneur, Sentyabr Maghamedrasulov. In this way, he helps his father conduct illegal trade with the russian federation and harm Ukraine.
The investigation also found that a high-ranking NABU official had close contact with Fedor Khrystenko, a people's deputy from the banned Opposition Platform — For Life"(OPZZh), who fled the country and is cooperating with the russian secret services and influencing the activities of the NABU.
Information is currently being verified regarding Ruslan Maghamedrasulov's contacts with russian secret services and the transfer of information to them, including regarding the investigation of cases.
While documenting the illegal activities of the NABU official, it was found that Ruslan Maghamedrasulov was supposed to be stationed in the city of Dnipro and responsible for work in front-line regions. Instead, he spent almost all his time in Kyiv and recently spent several weeks vacationing in the Canary Islands (Tenerife).
