North Korea plans to send a new batch of soldiers to Russia by the end of the summer, South Korean intelligence says

Possible dates are July or August, the National Intelligence Service suggests. The information was announced at a closed briefing.

It is reported that the Russian Federation is preparing another large-scale offensive, and Pyongyang's activity is being linked to Shoigu's visit.

In return, North Korea will receive advice on launching satellites and assistance with missile guidance systems.
