На Закарпатті викрито військовослужбовця, який за гроші сприяв незаконному виїзду військовозобов’язаних за кордон

Прокурори Закарпатської спеціалізованої прокуратури у сфері оборони Західного регіону спільно з працівниками ДБР, СБУ та внутрішньої безпеки Держприкордонслужби викрили посадовця правоохоронного органу спеціального призначення, який організовував незаконне переправлення військовозобов’язаних через державний кордон поза офіційними пунктами пропуску.

За даними слідства, військовослужбовець підшукував чоловіків, охочих за гроші виїхати з України під час війни, та зобов’язувався надавати інформацію про маршрути обходу прикордонних нарядів, розташування груп швидкого реагування, місця встановлення камер відеоспостереження та інших технічних засобів контролю. Свої послуги він оцінив у 500 доларів США з людини.

Під час отримання 2 тисяч доларів США від чотирьох «клієнтів» правоохоронця затримали у порядку ст. 208 КПК України. Йому повідомили про підозру у одержанні неправомірної вигоди службовою особою та організації незаконного переправлення осіб через державний кордон України (ч. 1 ст. 368 та 3 ст. 332 КК України).

Наразі прокурори подали до суду клопотання про обрання підозрюваному запобіжного заходу у вигляді тримання під вартою. Вирішується питання про його відсторонення від займаної посади. Встановлюються інші особи, причетні до функціонування протиправної схеми.

Довідка: санкції статей передбачають позбавлення волі на строк до 9 років.

A military serviceman was exposed in Transcarpathia who, for remuneration, facilitated the illegal departure of military conscripts abroad

Prosecutors of the Transcarpathian Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the Field of Defense of the Western Region along with employees of the State Border Guard Service, the Security Service of Ukraine, and internal security of the State Border Guard Service, exposed an official of a special purpose law enforcement agency who organized the illegal transfer of military personnel across the state border outside official checkpoints.

According to the investigation, the serviceman was looking for men willing to leave Ukraine for money during the war, and he promised to provide information about border patrol routes, the location of rapid response teams, and the locations of video surveillance cameras and other technical means of control. He estimated his services at USD 500 per person.

While receiving 2 thousand US dollars from four “clients,” the law enforcement officer was detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. He was notified of suspicion of receiving an illegal benefit by an official and organizing the illegal smuggling of persons across the state border of Ukraine (Part 1 of Art 368 and 3 of Art332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Currently, prosecutors have filed a motion with the court to choose a preventive measure for the suspect in the form of detention. The issue of his suspension from his position is being determined. Other persons involved in the operation of the illegal scheme are being identified.
