На Кіровоградщині припинили злочинні оборудки з видобутку піску зі збитками 53 млн гривень. Серед організаторів — депутат облради від забороненої «ОПЗЖ»
Факти масштабного незаконного видобутку піску, що спричинили мільйонні збитки довкіллю, викрито та задокументовано у двох районах Кіровоградської області.
У кримінальних провадженнях фігурують директор ДП «Завод залізобетонних виробів» – депутат Кіровоградської обласної ради від забороненої політичної партії «ОПЗЖ», керівник та головний інженер, заснованого ним товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю, а також директор приватного підприємства.
Прокурори Кіровоградської обласної та Кропивницької окружної прокуратур повідомили їм про підозру у незаконному видобуванні корисних копалин місцевого значення у великих розмірах та вчиненому у складі організованої групи (ч. 3, 4 ст. 240 КК України).
У межах слідства за участі територіальних підрозділів Нацполіції України, за оперативного супроводу ДСР та СБУ встановлено, що депутат облради, який очолює підприємство, створив організовану групу, куди увійшли двоє посадовців підконтрольного йому ТОВ.
Упродовж серпня-листопада 2024 року вони налагодили незаконне видобування корисних копалин із акваторії річки Дніпро в Олександрійському районі. За цей період видобуто 34 тисячі тонн піску, що орієнтовно дорівнює об’ємам майже 500 залізничних вагонів. Завдані збитки сягають понад 23 млн гривень.
Аналогічний факт незаконного видобутку піску встановлено на території села Первозванівка Кропивницького району. Директор малого підприємства у формі ТОВ із червня до вересня 2024 року організував незаконний видобуток 16 тисяч тонн піску та супіску. Збитки від протиправної діяльності оцінено у майже 30 млн гривень.

The facts of large-scale illegal sand mining, which caused millions of environmental damages, were exposed and documented in two districts of the Kirovohrad region.
The persons involved in criminal proceedings are: the director of SE «Plant of reinforced concrete products» –, a deputy of the Kirovohrad Regional Council from the banned political party “Opposition platform- for Life, the head and chief engineer of the limited liability company founded by him, as well as the director of a private enterprise.
The prosecutors of the Kirovohrad regional and Kropyvnytskyi District Prosecutor's Offices notified them of suspicion of illegal extraction of minerals of local importance in large quantities and committed as part of an organized group (parts 3, 4 of Art. 240 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
As part of the investigation, with the participation of territorial units of the National Police of Ukraine, with the operational support of the Strategic Investigations Department and the Security Service of Ukraine, it was established that the deputy of the regional council, who heads the enterprise, created an organized group, which included two officials of the LLC under his control.
During August-November 2024, they established illegal mining of minerals from the Dnipro River water area in the Oleksandriya district. During this period, 34 thousand tons of sand were extracted, which is approximately equal to the volume of almost 500 railway cars. The damage caused amounts to over USD 23 million.
A similar fact of illegal sand mining was established on the territory of the village of Pervozvanivka, Kropyvnytskyi district. From June to September 2024, the director of a small enterprise in the form of an LLC organized the illegal extraction of 16,000 tons of sand and sandy loam. Damages from illegal activities are estimated at almost 30 million hryvnias.
