— 1+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in high-volume hiring; — English B2 and above; — Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to attract candidates through various channels; — Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; — Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities; — Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; — Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools; — Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
