Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive and maintain the ITSM process and ensure high-quality internal service delivery.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT & HelpDesk team, ensure fast and effective user support.
- Oversee incident, request, and problem management processes.
- Define, measure, and improve operational KPIs and SLAs.
- Improve and maintain backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP) strategies.
