Responsibilities:
- Recruitment for non-tech roles across different functions (sales, support, operations, marketing);
- Managing the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer preparation;
- Close collaboration with hiring managers to align on requirements and provide regular feedback;
- Conducting candidate screenings and assessing fit against role requirements;
- Supporting candidates throughout all recruitment stages and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
