Responsibilities:
- Handle onboarding & offboarding professionally.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, monthly talks, and team check-ins.
- Build and maintain a strong corporate culture and team spirit.
- Set up and improve HR operational processes (documentation, policies, sick leave exports, guides, KPI tracking).
- Support team growth and performance through KPIs and development tracking.
- Actively participate in recruitment and headhunting when required.
- Keep accurate HR and recruitment data management.
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and implement new tools.
