Key Responsibilities
– Build a content generation and distribution pipeline from scratch (idea – creation – publication – analytics).
– Hire and manage a lean team: scriptwriters, creatives, video editors, SMM managers, posters, moderators, and designers.
– Identify and launch key growth channels (TikTok, Meta, Snap, YT, Reddit, X).
– Develop a creative “format bible” for various talents.
– Approve viral and safe content during pre- and post-production stages.
– A/B test creatives, optimizing retention strategies, and conversion funnels.
