Endeavor Ukraine is looking for an Associate, Entrepreneur Experience

Responsibilities:

▪️ scout and engage high-potential entrepreneurs building companies in and outside of Ukraine;
▪️ analyze leadership teams, business models, financials, competitive benchmarking, and market potential of candidate companies;
▪️ maintain CRM records and systematize portfolio data;
▪️ connect entrepreneurs with mentors, investors, and market opportunities;
▪️ measure entrepreneur NPS and engagement;
▪️ attend networking events for lead generation and community building.

Requirements:

— 3-6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or startup operations;
— strong analytical skills;
— take ownership, prioritize effectively, and work with minimal supervision;
— fast learning and adaptability;
— excellent communication in Ukrainian and English;
— familiarity with Ukraine’s tech and venture ecosystem.
