Добровільна участь у територіальному підрозділі «Росгвардії» – судитимуть жителя Луганщини
Прокурори Офісу Генерального прокурора скерували до суду обвинувальний акт стосовно громадянина України, який у листопаді 2022 року добровільно погодився на пропозицію представників військової адміністрації так званої «лнр» щодо зайняття посади у незаконному окупаційному правоохоронному органі.
Його обвинувачують у колабораційній діяльності (ч. 7 ст. 111-1 КК України).
У серпні 2023 року обвинуваченого перевели до підрозділу «Филиала государственного унитарного предприятия «ОХРАНА» Федеральной службы войск Национальной гвардии рф по Ростовской области».
Досудове розслідування здійснювало Головне слідче управління Нацполіції України за оперативного супроводу Департаменту захисту національної державності Служби безпеки України.

Voluntary participation in the territorial unit of the "Rosgvardia" - a resident of Luhansk region will be tried
Prosecutors of the Prosecutor General's Office sent to court an indictment against a citizen of Ukraine who, in November 2022, voluntarily agreed to the offer of representatives of the military administration of the so-called "LPR" to take a position in an illegal occupation law enforcement agency.
He is accused of collaboration activities (paragraph 7, Art 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
In August 2023, the accused was transferred to the unit "Branch of the state unitary enterprise "GUARD" of the federal service of the national guard of the russian federation in the rostov region."
The pre-trial investigation was carried out by the Main Investigation Department of the National Police of Ukraine with operational support from the Department for the Protection of National Statehood of the Security Service of Ukraine.
