До 7 років за ґратами засуджено мешканця Львова, який у TikTok виправдовував збройну агресії рф
За підтримання публічного обвинувачення прокурорами Офісу Генерального прокурора та Львівської обласної прокуратури суд визнав мешканця м. Львова винним у виправдовуванні, визнанні правомірною збройної агресії рф проти України (ч. 2, ч. 3 ст. 436-2 КК України) та засудив до 7 років позбавлення волі.
Прокурори у суді довели, що засуджений упродовж 2024 року створював відеороліки, у яких висловлював любов і пошану до громадян рф та особисто до президента держави-агресора, та поширював їх у соціальній мережі TikTok.
Також, чоловік підтримував перебування збройних сил рф на території України та переконував у правомірності неспровокавного збройного нападу держави-агресора на Україну з метою загарбання її території.
Досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні здійснювали слідчі Головного слідчого управління Служби безпеки України.

Lviv resident sentenced to 7 years in prison for justifying russia's armed aggression on TikTok
Under public prosecution of the prosecutors of Prosecutor General’s Office and the Lviv Regional Prosecutor's Office, the court found a resident of. Lviv guilty of justifying and recognizing as lawful armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine (part 2, part 3 of Art. 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and sentenced to 7 years of imprisonment.
Prosecutors in court proved that during 2024, the convict created videos in which he expressed devotion and respect for the citizens of the russian federation and personally for the president of the aggressor state, and distributed them on the TikTok social network.
Also, the man supported the presence of the armed forces of the russian federation on the territory of Ukraine and convinced on the legality of the unprovoked armed attack of the aggressor state on Ukraine with the aim of seizing its territory.
Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings was carried out by investigators of the Main Investigative Department of the Security Service of Ukraine.
