До 15 років ув’язнення засуджено агента спецслужб рф, який за завданням ворога у Дніпрі підірвав автівку з прокурором
За публічного обвинувачення Дніпропетровської обласної прокуратури суд визнав жителя Полтавщини винним у державні зраді, вчиненні терористичного акту та незаконному поводженні зі зброєю (ч. 2 ст. 28, ч. 2 ст. 111, ч. 2 ст. 258, ч. 1 ст. 263, ч. 1 ст. 263-1 КК України). Його засуджено до 15 років позбавлення волі з конфіскацією майна.
Прокурори в суді довели, що засуджений був завербований представниками спецслужб рф через Telegram-канал. Виконуючи інструкції куратора, він заклав саморобний вибуховий пристрій у визначеному місці поблизу автомобіля прокурора в одному з районів м. Дніпра. Згодом активував вибухівку та встановив пристрій дистанційного спостереження й керування біля місця теракту.
Внаслідок вибуху, що стався 6 червня 2025 року, поранення отримав власник автомобіля – прокурор.
У межах розслідування засуджений пішов на угоду зі слідством. Він визнав вину, уклав угоду про визнання винуватості та надав покази на іншого співучасника, що дало змогу оперативно розкрити злочин.
Щодо іншого підозрюваного триває досудове розслідування.
Досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні здійснювали слідчі Управління СБУ в Дніпропетровській області за процесуального керівництва Дніпропетровської обласної прокуратури.

A Russian special services agent who blew up a prosecutor`s car in Dnipro on the instructions of the enemy has been sentenced to 15 years in prison
Upon public accusation by the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, the court found a resident of Poltava region guilty of high treason, committing a terrorist act, and illegal handling of weapons (paragraph 2 of Art 28, paragraph 2 of Art 111, paragraph 2 of Art 258, paragraph 1 of Article 263, paragraph 1 of Art 263-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). He was sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
Prosecutors in court proved that the convict was recruited by representatives of the russian special services via the Telegram channel. Following the instructions of the curator, he planted an improvised explosive device in a designated place near the prosecutor's car in one of the districts of the city of Dnipro. Later, he activated the explosive and installed a remote monitoring and control device near the site of the terrorist attack.
As a result of the explosion that occurred on June 6, 2025, the owner of the car, a prosecutor, was injured.
As part of the investigation, the convict made a deal with the investigation. He admitted his guilt, entered into a plea agreement, and provided evidence against another accomplice, which made it possible to quickly expose the crime.
A pre-trial investigation is ongoing regarding the other suspect.
The pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings was carried out by investigators of the SSU Department in the Dnipropetrovsk region under the procedural supervision of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.
