GigRadar is B2B SaaS service for IT and Marketing agencies operating in Europe and the USA.
Current pool of 500+ clients from all over the world. We have our own IT development, unique product with the use of artificial intelligence, for automation of lead generation for agencies.

We’re expanding our recruitment team and looking for a Recruiter to focus on marketing-related roles. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with candidates, assessing communication skills, and building a steady flow of marketing talent for GigRadar.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily candidate sourcing and communication for marketing roles (performance marketers, content strategists, partnership specialists, etc.).
- Conduct HR interview to assess communication and verify profile details.
- Maintain communication with candidate to be align with work expectations
- Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback with hiring manager
- Keep candidate pipelines and notes updated in Team Tailor (our ATS).
- Use automation and AI-assisted tools to improve sourcing and outreach efficiency.
