Client Success Manager at "AI Com" (fully remote)

AI Com is looking to hire a full-time client success manager for its AI ecommerce coaching program.

Inside, we help our students launch their own ecommerce stores using AI, within 7-days.

Responsibilities:
⭐️Tracking clients, ensuring they progress through the required steps;
⭐️Holding clients accountable;
⭐️Doing calls with clients when needed (Rare);
⭐️Relaying information with our coaching team, to ensure all clients are cared for;
⭐️Maintaing a low refund rate through exceptional client service.

Reequirements:
▪️Great english (spoken and written);
▪️A familiarity with online marketing, and the digital space (not required, but preferred);
▪️Ideally have worked for an english spoken company in the past;
▪️Organized.
