Who we are
Our client is building the next generation of decentralized banking infrastructure — a hybrid self-custody + fiat ecosystem with cards, accounts, swaps, and yield products on top of crypto rails.

Responsibilities
- Map and document business processes
- Build requirements artefacts for product and engineering teams
- Translate regulatory/operational constraints into product requirements
- Analyse payment service partner architecture (BaaS, CaaS, KYC/KYT providers)
- Support prioritization together with CPO and Product Owners
- Build “as-is / to-be” process diagrams and service interaction models
- Gather stakeholder input (product, tech, ops, compliance) and convert into deliverables
